SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
The Old Yacht Club Inn is located one block from famous East Beach. Featured on the Travel Channel, Santa Barbara's East Beach has all the amenities a family could wish for - a full beach house, snack bar, volleyball courts, play ground for children, and a bike and rollerblading path. The East Beach neighborhood is also a favorite for special family activities - Saturday afternoon drumming, Sunday afternoon Santa Barbara Art Show, or an occasional soccer game. Bordering the beach is Chase Palm Park, a 10-acre playland featuring an Antique Carousel, Shipwreck Playground, turn-of-the-century schooner, and riverbeds. A three-mile paved bikepath located a block from the inn spans the waterfront. Bicycles, roller skates, and family surreys (bicycles for four to six) can be rented on lower State Street. Borrow one of the inn’s complimentary beach cruisers, chairs and towels. Walk to the beach and relax hours away while the kids play in the sand and splash in the tide pools. CENTRAL COAST / VALLEY

Book the inn's Family Unit and have plenty of space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kids can swim right outside in the large heated swimming pool and the family can enjoy a hassle-free breakfast that is delivered in a picnic basket to your door.
GOLD COUNTRY / HIGH SIERRA
Homestead Cottages was built with privacy and quiet in mind. Each cottage is freestanding with no shared walls, offering every guest their own private space. Parents with babies do not have to worry about disturbing a guest on the other side of the wall. Children are welcome in the original four cottages and the Ranch House, which was added in 2004. This Ranch House includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. It sits at the far side of the property away from the more adult-oriented cottages. Here kids can be kids inside and outside. The Ranch House features a level area for playing and has direct access to 160-wooded acres for exploring nature. This unit also has a private outdoor barbecue.
Stay three nights for the price of two at South Tahoe's Sorenson Resort -- a tree-filled, heavenly getaway for adults and kids (and dogs) alike! Private and charming cabins have room for the whole family and are close to skiing, mineral hot springs, horseback riding, river rafting and the delights of Lake Tahoe.

Situated on a five-acre ranch, this property was once a hunting retreat owned by railroad magnate Charles Crocker. The whole family will enjoy a dip in the inn's pool and relaxing on the deck while catching a glimpse of the area wildlife.
